WhatsApp Reaction Feature For Chat Messages

WhatsApp is a widely used popular Instant Messaging (IM) App owned by Meta. WhatsApp is used by many people that includes features like Video Calling, Audio Calling, Chatting, Stickers, and Status to connect with their family and friends.
WhatsApp also has its rival Telegram, which provides the same and more features than WhatsApp. Telegram has also been growing fastly and is much more than just an IM App.
WhatsApp owner Mark Zuckerberg posted on Facebook that they are going to add more reaction features very soon. Telegram on the other hand also has many reactions features currently available as of now.
But WhatsApp won’t be left behind as well. WhatsApp users will soon get reaction features on iOS, Android, and Windows devices when this feature is finalized.

Currently, the WhatsApp Reaction feature is in the Beta phase and is being tested out. It is only available for a few users only.
But after a week or so, it will be available for all users according to WhatsApp Beta Info.
Currently, WhatsApp supports only 6 reactions. Thumbs Up, Red Heart, Face with Tears of Joy, Face with Open Mouth, Crying Face, and Folded Hands are the current Reactions available on WhatsApp IM App.
WhatsApp 2GB File Sharing Option in Group Chats

WhatsApp is also getting another feature on its platform. It will also include file-sharing of up to 2GB in Group Chat, Along with the Reactions features with this new rollout on WhatsApp.
Previously Users were limited to sending files only up to 100MB. But with this new update, users can send files up to 2GB but with a catch only in Group Chat.
Recently, Telegram on the other hand also increased its limit from 1.5GB to 2GB File sharing option. Users can send up to 2GB of Files to anyone on Telegram. But WhatsApp users are limited to 100MB or 150MB only.
But with this new rollout, WhatsApp will also be able to share up to 2GB of files. WhatsApp had to roll out this feature, otherwise, its competitor, Telegram, will take the lead because it allows users to send large files up to 2GB.
